We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated AWS Cloud & DevOps Engineer. This role will focus on building and optimizing infrastructure specifically for GenAI LLM-based applications, and also pre-gen AI driven applications, ensuring efficient, scalable, and reliable deployments. You will play a critical role in enabling our teams to deliver cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions by providing robust cloud and DevOps support.
The Opportunity:
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud environments tailored for LLM-based applications, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, and security
DevOps Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of GenAI applications, focusing on automation, testing, and monitoring best practices
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools such as CDK or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources, ensuring repeatable and version-controlled deployments
Containerization and Orchestration: Set up and manage containerized environments for LLM-related services, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, including access control, encryption, and vulnerability management, to protect sensitive data used in LLM applications
Monitoring and Incident Management: Establish monitoring and alerting systems for cloud infrastructure, ensuring rapid detection and resolution of performance or security issues
Collaboration and Support: Work closely in Agile squads supporting their cloud and DevOps needs, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting
Who you are:
A minimum of 5-7 Years of relevant work experience with a minimum Bachelors Degree Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering and DevOps, with a focus on productization, deploying and managing applications in the AWS cloud environment (Azure experience viewed as a plus)
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of cloud services and DevOps tools; experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Docker; container orchestration (Kubernetes) as a plus
Cloud Platforms Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, IaC tools CDK and others; experience with LLM-related services like Amazon SageMaker (nice to have), Amazon Bedrock (nice to have), AWS data stores (nice to have)
Practical knowledge of AI-based development tools - e.g. Github Copilot, Cursor
Automation and Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automating tasks and managing cloud resources
Security Best Practices: Experience implementing cloud security measures, including IAM, network security groups, encryption, and compliance management
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex engineering challenges, integrate new technologies, and improve existing processes
Willing to work at a time consistent with the Central European time zone
