• Manufacturing & CPG Alignment: Align cloud infrastructure strategies with specific Manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) requirements, such as supply chain resilience, factory floor connectivity, and real-time inventory visibility.
• Bilingual Leadership: Lead high-level conversations with both business stakeholders (ROI, agility) and technical teams (Azure Landing Zones, SAP Basis, security).
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Navigate and lead highly matrixed, cross-functional teams-including Finance, Legal, Security, and Product-to remove blockers and ensure synchronized delivery.
2. Expert Executive Presentation & Storytelling
• Executive Presence: Excellent presentation skills to command the room during Board-level and C-suite briefings.
• Complex Data Synthesis: Demonstrate the ability to distill highly complex Azure technical architectures and migration data into clear, persuasive, and actionable business narratives.

• Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Maintain a high-fidelity RAID log; identify potential bottlenecks in the Azure migration path and execute mitigation strategies before they impact the critical path.
• Dependency & Criteria Management: Lead the identification of complex inter-program dependencies and enforce strict Entry and Exit Criteria for every migration wave to ensure zero-defect production moves.
4. Azure Migration Factory & AI Integration
• Industrialized Migration: Oversee an Azure Migration Factory model, utilizing Azure Migrate and DevOps automation to move hundreds of workloads at scale.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Identify and implement Azure OpenAI use cases to optimize the migration lifecycle, including automated code refactoring and predictive risk analysis.
