What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll:

  • Drive Engagement: Research and identify enterprise prospects, initiate outreach, and spark interest through strategic communication.
  • Book Meetings: Overcome objections and secure qualified meetings for our enterprise sales executives.
  • Leverage Tools: Use email, phone, and marketing collateral to connect with leads and nurture interest.
  • Build Pipeline: Collaborate with sales leadership to move opportunities forward and sharpen your sales skills.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage outreach through tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Hit Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets focused on qualified meetings and pipeline growth.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 1+ year in sales prospecting or pipeline generation, with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Tenacity: Comfortable with cold calling (up to 100 calls/day) and energized by a quota-driven environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo (or similar tools).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to engage prospects and represent Rio SEO with confidence.
  • Self-Motivation: Excellent time management and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities across time zones.
Work Schedule & Flexibility

Our clients span the country, so flexibility across time zones is key. Typical hours are 8 AM to 4 PM in your local time zone.

Location

This role can be remote or based in our Chicago, South Bend, or Boston hubs. For those in-office, we follow a hybrid model—Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office, with flexibility to work from home on other days and when traveling.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 - $67,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or competitive commission tied to achieved results.
