These positions are hybrid roles based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

1st Position Business Development Manager – Partner Recruitment IBM

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners. This role is critical to expanding our ecosystem, driving new revenue streams, and accelerating market coverage through a strong and diverse partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and recruit new partners aligned with our strategic priorities and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute a partner recruitment strategy across targeted segments and geographies.
  • Evaluate partner capabilities, business models, and alignment to ensure strong fit and long-term value.
  • Lead partner onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into programs, tools, and enablement tracks.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, technical, and sales teams to build partner development plans.

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Technology or Engineering
  • 2-5 years of account management experience & hunting for new business.
  • Self-starter with experience in channel development, technology sales, or partner ecosystems is ideal but not required.
  • Must be passionate and excel at building relationships, identifying high-potential partners, and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial business engagements.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Adept in managing escalations and supporting the vendor as needed.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and articulate.
  • Established and productive professional individual contributor

2nd Position Business Development Manager – Hybrid Cloud IBM

As the Hybrid Cloud subject-matter expert, you will develop and execute a business plan that aligns vendor capabilities, partner strengths, and market opportunities. You will work closely with partners, vendors, and internal teams to position our hybrid cloud offerings as the preferred choice for modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the business strategy and revenue performance for the Hybrid Cloud portfolio.
  • Drive partner enablement through training, certification, and solution development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with IBM, acting as the primary point of contact for programs, updates, and joint planning.
  • Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns to increase partner activity and pipeline creation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to refine go-to-market strategy.

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Technology or Engineering
  • 2-5 years of account management experience & hunting for new business.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Technology and Cloud.
  • Self-starter with experience in channel development, technology sales, or partner ecosystems is ideal but not required.
