ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an Entry Level Business Development Representative (BDR) at LVT, you'll be on the front lines, playing a crucial role in bringing the world's leading remote surveillance and security systems to new clients. You are the engine that generates qualified sales opportunities by converting leads into pipeline and transforming prospects into long-term clients.

The window of opportunity to engage with potential clients is often short. This high-impact role demands enthusiasm, high energy, and elite communication skills to quickly understand and effectively address clients' security and surveillance needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the Tip of the Spear: Serve as the first point of contact for our inbound leads, igniting interest and educating them on the power of LVT's security solutions through insightful discovery.Pipeline Generation: Strategically contact, qualify, and nurture leads to consistently set high-quality appointments for our expert Account Executives to close
  • High-Volume Engagement: Execute daily high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to manage and maximize the potential of warm inbound marketing leads.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Be present and fully engaged full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (enjoy nights and weekends off—hooray!).
  • Drive Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback to increase the overall efficiency and success of the BDR team's processes and technology.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; the ability to connect with and clearly articulate value to a diverse range of business professionals.
  • Goal-Oriented Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable activity targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient with sales technology (CRM, sales engagement platforms) or the proven ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a professional or sales environment.
  • The 'X-Factor': A natural curiosity, resilience in the face of rejection, and a strong desire to start a career in technology sales.
