About Netcraft

Netcraft is the global leader in cybercrime detection and disruption. We’re a trusted partner for three of the four largest companies in the world, and many large country governments. We've blocked almost 200 million cyber-attacks to date, and we take down around 33% of the world's phishing attacks.

Our purpose and passion are focused on just one thing: protecting the world from cybercrime.

Our passion doesn't stop at what we do - it shapes how we work, too. We're proud of our talented team and the value each person brings. That's why we've created a workplace where people feel supported and inspired, from great benefits and wellness programs to fun social events.

The role:

We are looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As an BDR at Netcraft, you will be on the front lines of our commercial growth, identifying and engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for high-value sales conversations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the cybersecurity industry and develop your career in enterprise sales.

Please note that this role will be based in our Lehi (UT) office three times a week, reporting to our Director of Sales.

Day to day, this is what you’ll be doing:

  • Research, identify, and prospect into ideal customer profiles across key industries (e.g., financial services, e-commerce, government).
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls, LinkedIn, and events/webinars.
  • Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and qualify them according to ICP and sales criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead qualification activities in the Salesforce.
  • Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and support them with background research and context.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and market signals.
  • Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and Netcraft’s products and value proposition.

You’ll need:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Experience selling into large enterprises or public sector organisations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and personalise outreach.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Resilient, coachable, and results-driven mindset with an interest in cybersecurity.
  • Successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to easily understand and pitch new services, focusing on value proposition.
  • Knowledge of sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • A computer science degree or similar discipline would be very helpful.

The reward package

  • Highly attractive base salary, reviewed annually
  • 33 days’ vacation per annum (incl. public holidays), rising to 37 days with service
  • Additional paid sick leave, compassionate leave, etc.
  • Enhanced paid family leave entitlements, incl. 52 weeks maternity/adoption leave and four weeks paternity leave
  • Equity tracking scheme.
  • Two paid Volunteering Days per year, plus paid time off to donate blood
  • 401(k) Safe Harbor Plan, with employer-matched contributions up to 4%
  • Generous private health cover with 10+ plan choices
  • Two paid Personal Development Days per year and plenty of learning and development opportunities such as open access to Udemy and Coursera
  • Flexible working options to support your personal life balance.
  • Inclusive culture and environment, where you’ll feel genuinely valued and supported
