Fiera Capital is seeking a Content Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. In this role, you will develop, manage, and refine foundational content for our investment strategies. You will serve as a key link between the Chief Investment Officer’s office, creative teams, and regional marketing teams, ensuring that investment content such as investment theses, key personnel biographies, and historical performance data is consistent, aligned with strategic goals, and effectively communicated.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Content Strategy Development: Lead the creation and refinement of strategic content, including PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials, ensuring they are aligned with Fiera Capital’s strategic objectives and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Narrative Consistency: Maintain a consistent corporate voice across all investment content to support regional teams in adapting core messages.

  • Marketing Support and Enablement: Develop and update marketing decks and toolkits that enable regional teams to personalize and deploy strategic content efficiently.

  • Digital Content Management: Ensure consistent and accurate investment information across all digital platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with various departments, including investment teams and creative units, to integrate the latest data and insights into our content, enhancing its relevance and impact.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial communications, content management, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of private markets investments and related financial products.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience in crafting engaging content that conveys strategic messages effectively.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, financial markets, and economic principles. Ability to interpret and present complex financial data in an accessible manner.
  • Proficiency in digital content management and development of marketing materials.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent collaboration and coordination abilities to work effectively across multiple teams including CIO’s office, marketing, and digital teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in both English and French is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Additional Information:

  • Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 3 days in-office per week

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
