This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving performance across AutoSync’s Digital Advertising, Digital Retail, Website, and SEO product lines.
 
We are seeking a strong candidate with a proven track record of developing strategic relationships that drive digital marketing performance, product adoption, and customer expansion opportunities.
 
This role will proactively manage the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including strategic account planning, performance reviews, training, technical support, and issue resolution. The Digital Marketing Consultant will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams within dealership clients to ensure success and alignment across all initiatives.
 
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, articulate, credible, and driven by measurable results.
 
Key Areas of Responsibility:
 
1. Digital Marketing Business Strategy - Liaising on a monthly basis with your clients, you will craft and implement an effective digital marketing strategy (CRO, SEM, SEO) that delivers in line with your client’s business goals & budget. You will track performance, provide analysis, and become a trusted consultant and advisor. Translating digital marketing results and initiatives up and down an organization is no problem to you.
 
2. Maintain & Grow a Large Book of Business - Consistently complete performance reviews in line with business guidelines to strengthen client relationships. Regularly audit digital product and advertising program performance, making refinements as needed to ensure execution aligns with strategic objectives.
 
3. Supporting Customer Engagement, Growth and Retention as a Customer Success Expert - Build trust and strong relationships with dealers. Drive high levels of product adoption where applicable, identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio, and reduce potential churn through proactive retention strategies and effective issue de-escalation.      
 
Job Requirements:
 
Education, Experience and Technical Skills
 
• 4+ years of T-Shaped digital marketing work experience. Strong knowledge of Paid Advertising (Google, Meta), Website Solutions (UX/CRO), and SEO fundamentals.
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• 2+ years agency experience as a digital marketing subject matter expert, with a large client territory
• 2+ years of customer success experience
• Automotive Industry experience is a significant asset
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4
• Experience in large budget online media planning, media buying or campaign management would be an asset.

The base salary range for this position is CAD $75,000 – CAD 80,000.

This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. This role also includes a sales plan (OTE) and may include benefits and other employee offerings.
