About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing and delivering creative and data-driven marketing initiatives that drive global awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting to the Digital Brand team, you’ll contribute to a wide range of client and internal projects; from digital campaigns to web optimizations designed to strengthen both Konrad brands and Konrad client engagements.

This role sits at the intersection of digital brand management, brand storytelling, and performance optimization. You’ll work across teams to execute campaigns, contribute significantly to marketing strategy development, and help bring innovative digital experiences to life.

To succeed, you’ll bring a proven understanding of marketing channels, campaign management, and digital tools, along with a passion for creative problem-solving and continuous learning. You should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and translating complex ideas into impactful marketing executions.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to client-facing projects, including digital campaigns, copywriting, and content strategy.
  • Drive various internal and external marketing initiatives.
  • Drive digital strategy across touchpoints while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Plan and contribute to design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
  • Build, launch, and optimize digital campaigns independently.
  • Write, edit, and publish authoritative content for public-facing websites.
  • Concept and manage social media content and engagement strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance, report on KPIs, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure brand alignment and enhance digital presence.
  • Research and recommend new trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1-2.5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or content strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and a passion for creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead small-scale initiatives.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Confident presenting ideas to both clients and internal leadership.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

The estimated compensation for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
