We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our eCommerce team. In this role, you’ll manage website content, support marketing campaigns, and analyze performance to help drive growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience who wants to expand their skills in digital marketing and web management.
This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Ottawa office at least 3-4 days a week.
The target compensation package for this role is between CAD 65,000 and CAD 80,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.

Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
- Build and update web pages using a Content Management System.
- Experience managing multilingual or multi-regional websites
- Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on content and technical recommendations.
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain organized content and ensure timely updates.
- Monitor website performance using analytics platforms and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
- Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is strongly recommended.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or web content management.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for simple edits.
- Experience using an email marketing system and analytics platforms.
- Interest in learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
