The Director of Product Management will lead the product portfolio, develop strategies, support the team, and ensure successful product launches and adoption, collaborating with various teams and clients.
As the Director of Product Management you will be responsible for leading the Contextual Commerce product portfolio. From developing and executing product strategies, driving product development initiatives, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our products in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a proven track record of delivering successful products, and excellent leadership skills.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead product management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, implementation and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Provide regular updates on strategies to leadership, promoting alignment and transparency.
- Regularly interact with clients (across North America, EMEA and APAC regions).
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and support for team alignment, effective decision-making, and successful product outcomes.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team.
Required Skills and Experience
- More than 15 years of product management experience.
- More than 8 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong bias towards action (timely decision making).
- Ability to build strong partnerships with Engineering, Services/Sales and Client leaders and teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing and leading product management roles.
- Experience formulating and executing product strategies for business growth.
- Success in overseeing the entire product lifecycle including Go-To-Market activities.
- Strong command of product management methodologies and best practices.
- Profound quantitative background, deriving insights from complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to connect innovative thinking to business and financial outcomes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adept at navigating complexities and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-centric mindset and a desire to create exceptional products that delight users

- Previous experience in ecommerce, contextual and behavioral advertising
- Background in multinational product development organizations
- Prior experience collaborating with clients’ product and engineering teams
