Our client, a leading design and marketing agency, is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth and engagement through targeted email marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who can manage the full email campaign lifecycle—from planning and content creation to deployment and analytics. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and deploy high-impact email marketing campaigns targeting different audience segments.

  • Build and optimize email sequences for lead nurturing, onboarding, and customer retention.

  • Set up and manage automated email workflows to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

  • Continuously refine and optimize automations based on performance insights.

  • Use data-driven segmentation to personalize email content for maximum impact.

  • Implement A/B testing to analyze and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Track key email marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize for better results.

  • Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for future strategies.

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations.

  • Maintain email list hygiene and optimize for deliverability and engagement.

  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and strategists to create engaging email content.

  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and emerging best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in email marketing, with at least 2 years in a digital marketing agency.

  • Proficiency in email marketing software such as Mailchimp, MyEmma, ActiveCampaign (or similar).

  • Strong ability to track, measure, and optimize email performance.

  • Familiarity with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
