In this role

As an Employee Assurance Analyst you will be involved in all aspects of our assurance program to ensure all our employees are renumerated and compensated correctly and in line with our EA obligations.  Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders across Industrial Relations, Systems, Payroll and the Business, you will have exposure to all aspects from defining business requirements to validation, presentation of results and remediation

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of business requirement documentation from clear understanding of employment obligations and calculations
  • Work alongside stakeholders in arranging, validating design and delivering workshops to confirm business requirements
  • Understand and translate the business requirements into rules to validate entitlement delivery, and build functional specifications
  • Perform data preparation by transforming raw data so that it can be used to deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics
  • Contribute to and support reporting of assurance findings and work with stakeholders to implement appropriate actions
  • Conduct reporting and data extracts from HR systems (SAP, workday, PeopleSoft & Ascender)

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Highly proficient skills in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Advanced communication skills including the ability to discuss requirements and results with multiple stakeholders
  • Advanced technical skills to extract, transform and map payroll data
  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in identifying, investigating and documenting issues
  • A keen interest in optimising processes to increase velocity of processes
  • Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the assurance process
  • Have skills in some aspects of the role and wil
