The CES solution as part of EverCommerce company, seeks a Product Manager to join our growing team. The Customer Experience products(pulseM & Customer Lobby) are aligned with the mission to help our customers grow their business ,ensure a loyal customer base and retain their best employees through our SaaS offerings. 

We focus on two product solution platforms.

 pulseM dealing with reputation management, employee retention, and customer engagement solutions serving home service and medical industries. 

Customer Lobby is focused around direct mail (postcard) & email remarketing to existing customer base within the homerservices vertical.

As part of our team you will be uniquely positioned to drive the product initiatives for both pulseM & Customer Lobby. 

What are we looking for?
  • Foremost a ‘Problem Solver’. You cherish the opportunity of working with imperfect information in order to help drive business/product decisions.

  • Process driven individual with experience in successful SaaS product rollout & ongoing management.

  • Strong communication skills - essential for communicating value, brand, market differentiator.

  • Tech savviness (innate curiosity to stay up to date with the latest technological trends in the space). 

  • Engineering background with some product design experience is a plus.

General Requirements
  • Analyze the customer needs and convert them into actionable requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, Q.A, and operations to drive product initiatives.

  • Look into competitors and conduct capability analyses regularly.

  • Evaluate and deal with technical risks as part of pulseM & Customer Lobby’s product map.

  • Work with APIs, data pipelines, workflows and automated systems. 

  • Become a subject matter expert for the pulseM & Customer Lobby community.

  • Implement beta tests / programs in collaboration with other teams.

  • Analyze metrics and data - help define and own certain product KPIs.

  • Create success criteria for testing and product acceptance - UAT.

  • Being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for building a deep understanding of pulseM & Customer Lobby’s customer and business needs that you then translate into product strategy and roadmaps.

  • Guide the efforts for collateral creation around product rollout. (internal education, customer education all centered around value + our platforms role as the solution provider)

  • Lead/monitor/report on the effectiveness of the product communication strategy.

  • Help with product inception with the help of our Alpha / Beta customer testing base.

  • Lead product development from end to end: Write specs and user stories, build wireframes and prototypes, write test plans and release checklists. Guide the team’s work with clear direction and purpose, keeping a well-prioritized backlog and optimizing for efficiency in execution.

  • Monitor and report on critical northstar KPI’s for individual products & add-ons.

  • Lead efforts for API integrations with current partners and new opportunities.

  • Organize workflow management along with the Account Management team for Feature Requests. This should encompass both existing products as well as new add-ons in order to extract max value for pulseM + Customer Lobby and its customers.

Skill Set / Experience:
  • Hands on experience with API & software integrations.

  • 3+ years experience in building B2B Saas/software products lifecycle.

  • A university degree (BS or MS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design or a related degree or equivalent experience is recommended.

  • Experience with engineering tools like Postman API Testing , SQL scripting, data analytics looks like Tableau, business intelligence tools is a plus.

  • Experience with PLG initiatives and product growth hacking is a big plus.

  • Experience/basic working knowledge of design tools like Sketch, AdobeXD, Invision, Figma is a plus.

  • Expertise on using AI Toolset (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude Code etc) for efficient Product delivery and prototyping is a big plus.

Location

Remote – US or Canada, with 3-5 weeks of travel annually. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:  

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
