CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Global Business Process Owner, Logistics to design, standardize, and improve cross-functional logistics processes and system capabilities across the end-to-end network. This role sits within the Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team and operates as a process architect, transformation lead, and cross-functional business partner to Global Logistics (GLO) and adjacent teams.
You will partner across GLO, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to improve how CoreWeave moves, receives, stores, tracks, and deploys infrastructure globally. You’ll move seamlessly from strategy to execution: defining future-state processes, shaping system requirements, aligning stakeholders, and helping teams adopt new ways of working.

What You’ll DoBusiness Process Leadership
- Partner with GLO functional leaders to design, standardize, and improve end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, receiving, warehouse management, inventory movement, fulfillment, and logistics network operations, while functional ownership and operational execution remain with the respective GLO leaders.
- Define future-state processes, operating models, governance, and KPIs that improve speed, scalability, visibility, accuracy, and compliance.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a cross-functional process transformation lead with strong logistics and systems knowledge, supporting GLO leaders across warehouse management, transportation, inventory control, 3PL operations, logistics visibility, and fulfillment.
- Bring external best practices and industry perspectives to help CoreWeave build scalable, modern logistics capabilities.
Process & Systems Transformation
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from current-state assessment through future-state design, business requirements, implementation support, and adoption planning in partnership with GLO, IT, and external partners.
- Support evaluation and implementation of logistics systems, including WMS, TMS, ERP integrations, visibility platforms, 3PL integrations, and operational reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business, technology, operations, finance, and external partners to align process design with business needs and system capabilities.
- Lead workshops, drive decisions, and translate complex logistics and systems topics into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
Change Management & Continuous Improvement
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operating rhythms across teams and regions through structured change management, training content, and governance routines.
- Use data, KPIs, and root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities and measure business impact.
Risk & Compliance
- Support the design and standardization of process controls that improve inventory accuracy, receiving discipline, auditability, and operational compliance.
- Identify risks across logistics processes, systems, and partner handoffs, and help design scalable mitigations.
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, operations strategy, business process transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
- Experience leading or supporting transformation across logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, fulfillment, or network optimization.
- Strong understanding of logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP, transportation visibility tools, 3PL systems, or related technologies.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, and translate business needs into practical process and systems solutions.
- Experience developing process flows, business requirements, governance models, KPIs, operating rhythms, or implementation plans.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in high-growth technology, cloud infrastructure, data center, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or complex distribution environments.
- Prior experience in management consulting, internal strategy, transformation, business process ownership, or supply chain systems implementation.
- Experience with WMS / TMS selection or implementation, logistics visibility platforms, ERP integrations, 3PL integrations, warehouse network design, or transportation optimization.
- Familiarity with inventory controls, cycle counting, receiving processes, operational compliance, or finance-facing supply chain processes.
- APICS / ASCM CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Trade compliance exposure is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and benefitsThe base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
