We’re looking for an experienced full-time Head of Marketing (Senior Director). This role will cover a wide range of activities across marketing. The candidate will have the incredible opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up. 

If you have a  passion for building brand awareness and marketing strategies, while also knowing how to and enjoy executing them at a tactical level, this position is for you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a high-impact marketing plan and go-to-market strategy
  • Demand Generation: Drive multi-channel demand generation campaigns to acquire and retain enterprise customers
  • Brand & Positioning: Define and amplify OneVest’s brand messaging, positioning the company as the industry leader
  • Product Marketing: Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring strong adoption
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Develop compelling content, case studies, and thought leadership to engage prospects and customers
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with collateral, insights, and tools to improve conversion rates
  • Marketing Analytics: Use data to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies
  • Partnerships & Events: Identify key industry events, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities to expand OneVest’s reach.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years experience developing and executing B2B SaaS marketing programs
  • Deep expertise in SaaS, financial services and/or FinTech
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications, decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelines
