Title and Summary
Information Security Operations Analyst
Employee Identity Access Management teams are responsible for providing end to end services to support internal employees and external customer's capabilities to manage logical and physical access to Mastercard systems, applications, and offices.
The CARD Team is part of the overall Identity Access Management team within Corporate Security, focused on the controls related to access across Mastercard. Team leverage their knowledge and experience to to both improve existing control processes as well as ensure new processes, procedures, or projects have appropriate controls put in place around them.
The position will primarily focus on facilitating scrum events for the team such as weekly team meetings, sprint review, and tracking the team's progress through the sprint.
Additionally there will be an opportunity to execute current access controls lifecycle activities, assist with the maturation of the department's access and process controls, and participate in design enhancement and testing for the organization's Access Management application.
Role
In this internally-focused position, you will:• Work closely with the team to coordinate the fulfillment of sprint goals, ensuring Epics, Features, and Stories are updated appropriately, accurately, and timely• Oversee the team's backlog to ensure no ask is left unaddressed• Guide the team through the actions of each sprint• Identify gaps and enhancements within the team's processes for sprint administration• Serve as a resource to other Mastercard teams for questions related to Access Management practices and governance controls• Support initiatives and projects and collaborate with senior-level professionals• Cultivate and maintain working relationships with variety of internal stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, engineers, and leadership• Support workstreams that may involve the delivery and set up of infrastructure, engineering, physical security, access, security compliance, and policies and government regulations (i.e. Payment Card Industry, General Data Protection Regulation, etc.)• Partner with peers in the Identity Access Management organization to ensure governance processes are in place, enabling access to the business with least privileges
All About You
• Knowledge of planning sprints and agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.)• Experience breaking down problems, organizing work• Some experience participating in small project teams, collaborate with business partners, and senior-level professionals• Rudimentary strategic thoughtful risk taking experience• Rudimentary analytical skills working with large amounts of data and identifying outliers• Rudimentary skills in Information Security• Knowledge items that are a plus:
o Payments industry
o Access Management
o Regulatory compliance (SOX, SOC1, PCI)
o Experience with regulatory compliance (SOX, SOC1, PCI)
