Position Summary
Based at our Montreal head office and reporting to the National Director of Sales – Sourcing, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major foodservice and grocery accounts for our used cooking oil, meat by-product, and organic waste collection services.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate long-term service agreements with major industry accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships by providing excellent service and proactive follow-ups
  • Meet key performance targets
  • Act as a point of contact for other departments (salesforce, shared services, etc.)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
  • Participate in special events as needed

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record in business development and key account management
  • Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to prepare business reviews in PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership, resourcefulness, autonomy, and team spirit are key assets
