The expected salary range for this position is $41,600 - $61,500. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead Administrator will have a small group to provide coaching and feedback to improve the overall performance of the Senior Administrator(s).
- Lead Administrator will work with leadership to create process workflows, participate in testing calls, and lead demonstrations.
- Lead Administrator will develop analytical skills, driving forward focus thinking on how to create improvement on the team and across leadership.
- Working independently, perform complex tasks around core processing and administrative functions of the business unit.
- Exercise judgment and product understanding to determine appropriate handling of complex issues around core business functions of the unit and to resolve customer questions and escalations.
- Function as a subject matter expert to both team members and internal customers
- Review financial impacted transactions for accuracy to eliminate risk.
- Perform high-value financial transactions in a consistently accurate and timely fashion.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and data integrity.
- Utilize experience, initiative, and judgment to analyze and resolve discrepancies and issues and resolve internal and external customer escalations that impact the unit on a high priority basis.
- Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients, customers, and business partners.
- Respond to external and internal requests for information, including audits and Call Center requests.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
- 1+ year Claims experience
- High School diploma

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ yrs. related experience
- Proficient oral/written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analysis.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization.
- Moderate knowledge of group products, services and systems.
- Strong customer satisfaction focus.
