The Role
Capco is seeking a Lead AI Technical Architect / SME with deep expertise in AI and the banking domain to support mission-critical initiatives for leading financial institutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving AI-enabled solutions that align with banking operations, regulatory expectations, and client objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Define use cases, product specifications, and roadmaps aligned to banking operations
- Bridge business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet client needs
- Translate business requirements into technical features, including scoping and prioritization
- Support stakeholder management and vendor/platform evaluation activities
- Contribute to AI/ML product development initiatives within financial services
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of related experience
- Strong background in banking (operations, product, risk, compliance)
- Experience with ML / AI product development
- Ability to translate business needs into technical features, including scoping and prioritization

- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Vendor and platform evaluation expertise
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
