Summary
Thomson Reuters is looking for a lead software engineer to join our team of developers working on AI products used across the legal industry. You will be part of global organization with the opportunity to work in multiple countries. About The Role
• Lead AI quality strategy for the content engineering team and come up with a framework using AI that can be used for quality checks of content migration.  
• Accountable for quality and timely delivery of Dockets' deliverables through own efforts and those of others; work within guidelines and policies 
• Exercise influence over team priorities by understanding business objectives and the needs of customers/clients 
• Resolve issues that impact the team's performance or can affect the performance of other teams 
• Provide technical advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues to resolve complex issues. Mentorship is not a requirement 
• Ability to work closely with the partners in coming up with testing plans, timelines, and release strategy for all of the content migration.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory codes, corporate and local policies and procedures

• Delivers software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.  
• Leads routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.  
• Participates in cross-functional agile teams, frequently interacting with peers who have a similar level of expertise and knowledge base.  
• Takes ownership of straightforward problems and solves them with a broader perspective on the business impact.  
• Communicates effectively by adjusting communication style to audience, using plain language and jargon appropriate for the audience.  
• Demonstrates awareness of business drivers and understands how they impact customer behavior and decision making.  
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data; communicates solutions clearly.  
• Explores alternative approaches when presented with obstacles; identifies additional resources needed to achieve objectives.  
• Understands the importance of peer relationships and networks; uses these relationships to exchange information, share best practices, and advance ideas.  
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with stakeholders.
