Location: New York, NY or San Mateo, CA (hybrid - 3 days a week)

What you’ll do

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement global processes, ensuring thoughtful implementation and systemization. You will design and maintain our recruiting data, reporting and insights capabilities. In addition, you’ll be the project manager for our key programs such as employer brand, interviewer training, candidate experience and assessment. You will lead a diverse set of talent acquisition projects of varying degrees of complexity, impacting both team and company-wide operations. You will also manage our recruiting coordination team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and manage a variety of talent acquisition technologies, including Greenhouse (our ATS), Ashby Reporting, Gem, BrightHire, LinkedIn, and various recruiting dashboards
  • Own end-to-end detailed reporting and data analysis and visualization across roles for hiring managers and various levels of stakeholders
  • Further develop and measure our approach to candidate experience and employer brand
  • Develop and administer various TA procedures and SLAs for all recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers
  • Ensure consistent global execution of our key processes and data governance initiatives, holding yourself and others accountable
  • Proactively lead optimization of various processes and build operational excellence, bringing other stakeholders along with little oversight from leadership
  • Ensure compliance relating to important policies, including but not limited to immigration activities, background checks and implementing applicable federal, state, and local requirements
  • Partner with HR stakeholders on key People Team initiatives, goals and OKRs
  • Support with employee onboarding when applicable
  • Positively contribute to our team culture and commitment to high standards and driving impactful business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Ops functions, with previous hands on experience in Greenhouse and developing TA processes, reporting and dashboards marrying multiple systems in order to glean insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheet, and creating and maintaining complex reporting dashboards
  • Comfortable with data reporting and storytelling through slides
  • Demonstrated track record of developing scalable solutions and automation
  • Relationship builder capable of building strong, trusting relationships within TA and cross functional teams
  • Persistent and determined in order to improve and enhance the TA function
  • Strong organization, problem solving, first principles thinking, communication skills, in addition to effective time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills
  • You have an understanding of HR and employment laws and regulations, and a track record of developing HR policies and procedures.
  • You are resilient and you don’t let chaos or change get to you; you thrive in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience/background in crypto, venture capital, tech, or financial services

Compensation

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $153,000 and $207,000 USD for New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, and qualifications.
