We’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator (Social) to join our Brand and Marketing team, supporting our Social & Community Impact (SCI) division. This is a unique opportunity to bring your marketing, social media and content creation skills to life, supporting campaigns that truly make a difference to our community. 

 

This role is offered on a Full Time basis, for an initial 15month maximum term contract.  

 

What you’ll be doing 
In this role, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns and key projects across SCI initiatives, with a strong focus on social media and digital content. You'll be responsible for: 

  • Developing and managing content calendars and campaign materials 

  • Creating engaging social media content from ideation to execution

  • Scheduling and publishing posts, including paid media via Meta Ads Manager 

  • Coordinating agencies and production partners to deliver compelling content 

  • Monitoring social media channels and engaging with our online community

  • Reporting on campaign performance and using insights to improve future content 

  • Supporting project coordination, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement 

 

What you'll bring 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 

  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing and social media management 

  • A creative flair and strong storytelling skills 

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 

  • Solid understanding of digital tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems 

  • Collaborative mindset and confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders 

  • Experience with image/video editing tools (desirable)
