About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape Closinglock's brand from the ground up and bring our brand strategy to life. We are currently working alongside a leading brand strategy agency, and we need someone who can help bring our defined brand identity to life, while designing the immediate marketing, sales, and customer enablement materials that will support our next stage of growth.
Once our brand is established, this person will be responsible for visually bringing it to life-implementing Closinglock's visual identity across all platforms and owning all visual design needs. If you're passionate about building a brand and creating high-impact, versatile design work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities

  • Bring to life Closinglock's visual brand identity in collaboration with our team and brand strategy agency
  • Design email marketing assets, including templates, graphics, and layouts for campaigns
  • Create sales collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and brochures
  • Develop trade show materials, including booth designs, signage, and promotional assets
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look
  • Assist with additional marketing design needs, including but not limited to: website and landing page assets, social media graphics, and advertising creatives
  • Once our brand identity is established, own and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints


Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or B2B setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, email marketing, sales, and trade show design.
  • Passion for building a brand from the ground up and creating a strong, cohesive visual identity that differs from competitors
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma and other design tools.
  • Experience designing for digital marketing (email, web, social) and print.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles for digital assets.

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
