Who are you? 

Movemedical is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and execute highly targeted marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue with key strategic accounts. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to develop personalized campaigns that align with Movemedical’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in ABM, demand generation, and data-driven marketing within B2B SaaS environments.
 
 

What will you do?

  • ABM Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive ABM programs targeting high-value accounts across multiple segments and personas.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales to align marketing initiatives with account strategies, ensuring a unified approach to pipeline growth and revenue generation.

  • Personalized Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, digital, events, content syndication, direct mail, etc.) tailored to key decision-makers and buyer personas within specific targeted accounts— boosting personalized engagement, revenue opportunities, and conversions.

  • Account Insights & Research: Conduct deep account research to identify and understand target organizations’ needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, informing campaign strategy and messaging.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling, account-specific content that resonates with key stakeholders in the medical device industry throughout the buyer journey, from awareness to decision-making.

  • Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs, track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ABM programs for continuous improvement.

  • Technology Enablement: Leverage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, 6sense, Influ2) to scale and measure ABM efforts effectively. 

What skills and experience do we expect you to have?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (an MBA is a plus). 

  • You have over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years focusing on ABM strategy and execution

  • You have a proven track record of building and managing successful ABM programs that drive measurable revenue growth. 

  • You possess a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or supply chain industries. 

  • You demonstrate proven expertise in lead nurturing and executing effective lead generation strategies. 

  • You have expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and ABM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, DemandBase, etc.). 

  • You excel in project management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

  • You possess strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization. 

  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

At Movemedical, your base pay is part of a comprehensive total compensation package. The expected salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 USD, varying based on your experience and qualifications.
