Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in existing and new accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers and driving MSP services sales from initiation to close.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored MSP solutions (cybersecurity, cloud, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure) to address specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical delivery, security operations, and support) to ensure seamless service onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Work with senior management to shape the MSP go-to-market strategy, identify target segments, and develop action plans for growth.
- Stay current with industry trends, security threats, and managed services innovations to keep clients informed and ensure our offering remains competitive.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and service roadmaps that showcase our long-term value proposition.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of pipelines and opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our portfolio to maximize client lifetime value.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity to continuously refine positioning and uncover new growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications
- 3–4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in end-to-end IT or MSP sales.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Experience selling cybersecurity services (MDR, endpoint, identity, cloud, etc.) is a significant asset.
- Skilled in prospecting, building new client relationships and growing existing accounts.
- Skilled in needs discovery, solution positioning, and creating compelling value-driven proposals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – articulate, clear, and genuine, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative team player.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined use of sales tools/CRM.
- Innovative, creative, and tenacious.
- Driven to achieve targets and play a key role in building a new line of business from the ground up.
