About The Roles

These are broad, owned roles for operators who go and find the work rather than waiting to be handed it. You'll take hold of real problems, own them outright and have the remit to solve them without being blocked.

Whether you're early in your career or have done this before – we have roles at varying levels, what matters is that you make things happen.

About Us

Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue.

Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.

We work with many globally recognised clients, particularly within sport, so if you're a sporting fan this could be a great fit!
The Kind Of Work Across These Roles

Not one person does all of this - it's a spread of what the operations function owns, and where you fit depends on your level and strengths. As examples:

  • Hiring. Running recruitment end to end: innovating, using the latest technology, moving quickly, and not letting strong candidates go cold.
  • Product operations. Getting our software set up and running across clients efficiently and effectively, standing up proof-of-concepts on request, and being the person who actually understands how it works when something breaks.
  • Front-line client work. Getting on calls with the people using our products, interrogating how they're actually using it, digging into what's landing and what isn't, and handling support directly rather than routing it onward.
  • Models and the AI stack. We’re AI first and new models land constantly. Running evals, deciding whether we adopt or switch, and keeping us on the right tooling rather than the default.
  • Infrastructure and cost. SaaS, AI, and cloud billing - owning what we spend, finding the waste, and cutting it. We treat every line item as negotiable.

Who We Are After

We care more about the person than any specific list above, which will change. We're hiring for ceiling and raw ability.

You're a doer who moves things. You're comfortable owning ambiguity and you'd rather ship something rough and improve it than write a plan about shipping it later. You can talk to a developer, read a billing dashboard, run an eval, and take a client call in the same week - and you're already using AI to move faster.

You might have built or run something of your own - a startup, a small business, a product, a team - or worked somewhere fast/high growth where the scope was undefined and you liked it that way.
We're Open At More Than One Level

More junior: you run the day-to-day machinery under direction - setting up and supporting the software across clients, standing up proof-of-concepts, handling front-line support, doing the legwork on model evals. Sharp, technical, fast, hungry to take on more.

More senior: you own a remit and set the direction - hiring and line management, client relationships, cost and infrastructure. You've carried this kind of breadth before.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • An initial call with a member of the Operations team.
  • A compensated exercise to test skills relevant to the role(s).
  • Final interview with another member of the team.

And that’s it!
