- Leverage data visualization to accelerate insights for the team
- Create mobile/web/desktop applications to support operations
- Partner with Engineers to understand business needs and implement technological solutions
- Explore new analytical problems, and develop creative solutions using data and analytics
- Ingest, evaluate, and prepare data for use in algorithms and solutions

What Skills You Need
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or an Engineering field; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at an U.S. accredited university
- Graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year
- Available to work 30-40 hours/week during the summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the designated work location in Davenport, Iowa, on a weekly basis year-round (NOTE: Relocation assistance is not provided.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of databases (such as SQL, Oracle, Sharepoint, MS Access)
- Analytic skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Interpersonal communication skills with ability to lead conversations and collaboration
- A self-starter with the ability to execute multiple tasks in parallel with little supervision
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, Ignition)
- Experience programming in additional languages (e.g. SQL, Java, Visual basic, R)
- Experience working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, or industrial processes
- Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning
