Job Description Summary
As a Product Manager in Retail Lending Solutions (RLS), you will manage and shape the future direction of our product suite offering to lenders and brokers. You will be responsible to plan, develop, execute and monitor a market driven set of RLS Products, including functional enhancements to existing products and the identification and implementation of new products that align with FCT's corporate strategy.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Responsible for translating ideas into concrete strategies, products and/or processes.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to final execution and post implementation

  • Manage the execution and delivery to provide ongoing support for the business, and monitor success of current and new products.

  • Ensure the proper delivery of product development projects. Develop, propose and execute roadmaps, communication and implementation plans. Support ongoing training initiatives and provide appropriate documentation for these projects

  • On an ongoing basis, create and perform risk, claims, revenue and pricing analyses to determine the viability and profitability of a product.

  • Identify high-level delivery processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams/internal stakeholders across the company to ensure the effective and successful implementation of new products and enhancements.

  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with applicable customer constituents.

  • Perform market and competitive analyses to monitor and stay informed of current market trends and issues, identifying business opportunities, assessing competitive offerings and anticipating changing needs.

  • Responsible for contract review and contract review process for contracts with customers and external parties.

 HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:  

  • Dynamic and energetic individual with experience within product development & product management and a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for building and managing products

  • 5+ years’ experience building  products or platforms

  • Familiarity with current product development methodologies (lean framework/agile development)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a product through all phases of product lifecycle: understanding market needs, understanding go-to-market activities (i.e. Customer Development), and defining/owning product metrics post launch

  • High level relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to sell concepts and benefits of new products

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to create and execute data analysis

  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization and all customer constituents



Total Direct Compensation:

$122,000 to $149,200

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
