We are seeking a bilingual Product Manager who can effectively perform both Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) responsibilities. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and translating requirements into clear product roadmaps, user stories, and specifications
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for investment management products, from initial concept and requirements through design, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring alignment across business and technology
- Facilitate meetings and discussions in both Mandarin and English, providing clear written documentation
- Assist in QA/testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to deliver product enhancements and solutions in line with business priorities
- Support and guide offshore and managed service teams where applicable, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication across time zones
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue escalation as needed
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent reading and writing skills in both languages
- 4+ years of experience supporting asset/investment management, Finance & HR products technology teams and platforms
- Strong project management and business analysis skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time
- Hands-on experience coordinating QA/testing activities, including test planning, defect tracking, and UAT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a Managed Service/Offshore delivery model is considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across global teams
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and adding value to the business
