We are looking for a Digital Data Product Owner to lead the development of innovative software products supporting Pharmacovigilance for Launch and marketed data Product.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating mainly with digital and business stakeholders of Global Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance and, managing the full product lifecycle from gathering requirements to product delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with a dedicated agile team composed of Scrum Master data engineers with the support of a technical leader to deliver high-impact digital products that empower cutting-edge data consumers in research and manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities

Product Ownership:

  • Lead the development and evolution of digital products that support workflows and ML operations, ensuring they research, and business objectives

  • Own the product roadmap, defining clear and actionable goals that align with the strategic direction of the company and the needs of the business teams.

  • Gather and prioritize requirements from data scientiststechnical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define the “What” and “Why” of product development.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with scientistsdata engineers, and platform engineers to ensure the product meets both business and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (including R&D, technology, and operations) to ensure alignment and ensure the product strategy is supported by business cases and industry standards.

Product Delivery:

  • Oversee the agile product development process, ensuring smooth product delivery from initial conception to ongoing iterations.

  • Partner with the Scrum Master and delivery team to ensure timely and successful sprints, address challenges, and resolve any ambiguities.

  • Manage backlog prioritization, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term goals and breakthrough ideas.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Track the performance and impact of the product post-launch, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvements and enhancements.

  • Monitor user satisfaction, adoption, and scientific outcomes to ensure the product evolves to meet the needs of researchers and business goals.

Technical Leadership & Strategic Vision:

  • Bring a deep understanding of Data workflows for users direct and downstream  systems.

  • Inspire and lead a team of engineers by articulating a clear vision for the product and demonstrating the potential for innovative solutions.

About You

Experience:

  • 5+ years in product management, preferably with experience in Clinic, pharmacovigilancelife sciences, or AI/ML platforms.

  • Experience leading product development in scientific environments such  as research and development, particularly in areas like clinical  and pharmacovigilance or experience of relationship  with authorities .

  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS to build and deploy scientific and AI/ML workflows.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning operations (ML Ops).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong drive and ability to articulate product vision and align teams around shared goals.

  • Excellent communicationpresentation, and collaboration skills, particularly with scientistsengineers, and executive stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions, overcome roadblocks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide both technical and non-technical teams toward successful product delivery.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience working in Scrum teams.

  • Familiarity with Clinical, pharmacovigilance and regulatory technical environment

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, application design, and data engineering principles.

  • Experience with cloud platformsAI platforms, and data pipelines is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of data warehouse, data product based on informatica and Snowflake.

Education:

  • University degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Computer Science, bioinformatics, data science, Engineering, Information Systems, Software, or any other related field

The salary range for this position is:

$93,900.00 - $135,633.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
