We are seeking a Program Manager, S&OP to help our business and technology transformation teams organize around value, prioritize the right work, and remove blockers to successful delivery.
What you'll be doing.
As a Program Manager, S&OP within our Digital Transformation team, you will lead the planning and delivery of multiple, interconnected initiatives aligned to McCain's global S&OP program. You will own end-to-end program execution-from initiation and planning through delivery, monitoring, and closure-ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business and contractual commitments.
You will define and execute program strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, tailoring the approach to meet business needs and drive value. Through strong program governance, team leadership, and process ownership, you will enable cross-functional teams to work effectively, remove barriers to progress, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role requires a confident leader and communicator who can proactively manage risk, adapt plans as needed, and maintain momentum across complex, global initiatives. You will facilitate key program and stakeholder forums, partner closely with internal teams and third-party vendors, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Compensation Package : $102,700.00 - $137,000.00 . CAD annual base salary equivalency, paid in alignment to contract term

What you'll need to be successful.
- 10+ years of experience in IT or digital program delivery with deep expertise in project and program management
- Minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience, with 5-7 years in progressively complex leadership roles across large programs
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- PMP and Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and lead diverse, cross-functional teams
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect digital delivery to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, including experience delivering programs within financial and resource constraints
- Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on overall business objectives

- This is a global role and may require flexibility in working hours to support international teams
- Hybrid working model, with an expectation of a minimum of three days per week onsite at the Toronto McCain office
- Limited travel may be required as needed
