The expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 8% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements. Job specific requirements:
- 2 - 5+ years project management experience is required on small to medium scale CAPEX projects.
- Experience leading and leveraging cross functional project teams to drive project outcomes is essential.
- Demonstrated success in the project management cycle.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and situational changes.
Travel requirements:
- Infrequent travel as required (e.g. for vendor site visits, factory acceptance tests)
Work schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, reporting to the Hamilton Confectionary facility, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
- Occasional flexibility in work times may be required (e.g. interacting with OEMs in different time zones, supervising off shift/weekend/holiday installations)
