Hourly Rate:

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $31.89 ou/or $50.25 (2024-2025)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work:

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and engage with participants (in English) for a research survey examining sexual knowledge, sexual wellbeing and experiences of discussing such topics with a health care provider. The target population are adults assigned female at birth and/or people that have/had a uterus.

• Tasks include developing and distributing recruitment material via online ads as well as engaging with community services/organizations. Other tasks would include compiling data from Qualtrics surveys, assisting with data cleaning and organization.

• Possibility to extend contract.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled student (BSc/BA/Masters/PhD);

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Relevant content experience in participant engagement and recruitment;

• Content knowledge relating to sexual health through coursework, research or previous work experience; proficient knowledge of Qualtrics, SPSS, Excel.

Other comments or notes:

Preference for those applying to both contracts (Summer and Fall).
