Overview:

In today’s fast-moving digital landscape, organizations need to make intelligent, data-driven decisions that drive measurable business value. At OnX, our Cloud, AI, and Data Services teams help clients do just that—by designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native ecosystems that integrate structured and unstructured data across the enterprise.

We combine deep expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and cognitive technologies to manage data, predict outcomes, and prescribe actions. Our solutions span Hybrid Cloud, Generative AI, and data modernization, enabling clients to unlock insights, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate transformation.

Through our IT professional and managed services, we deliver continuous optimization and As-a-Service models that support long-term agility and innovation. Whether supporting Canadian financial institutions, public sector organizations, or enterprise clients, we help build the organizational intelligence needed to lead in a data-first world.

Our team works with clients to:

·       Design and implement enterprise-scale data ecosystems — integrating structured and unstructured data, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling insight generation through modern public and hybrid cloud platforms.

·       Apply automation, AI, and advanced analytics to manage data pipelines, forecast scenarios, and recommend data-driven actions that support strategic decision-making.

·       Drive operational efficiency and agility by maintaining robust data environments, sourcing specialized analytics expertise, and delivering continuous value through scalable As-a-Service and managed services models.

Responsibilities:

·       Accountable for achieving annual revenue goals through strategic sales origination, new business development, and the execution of quarterly sales targets.

·       Own the full sales cycle for services engagements — from prospecting to close.

·       Manage client pipelines, including forecasting and pipeline creation for assigned accounts or client groups.

·       Demonstrate discipline in lead management, opportunity qualification, close planning, pipeline maintenance, forecasting, and deal commitment.

·       Drive sales activities in collaboration with account, practice, and alliance leadership teams.

·       Partner and collaborate with key Alliance partners, such as AWS, Microsoft, or Google, where OnX has significant platform engagements.

·       Develop and distribute sales collateral to support business development efforts.

·       Oversee sales across multiple accounts.

·       Responsible for driving year-over-year business growth by proactively developing new client relationships, initiating targeted sales opportunities, and consistently meeting quarterly revenue objectives.

·       Lead and participate in negotiations for Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA) in conjunction with the Account team.

Requirements

·       At least 6 years of prior outside sales experience (in consulting services or staff augmentation), including a minimum of 3 years focused on the Financial Services Industry.

·       Experience selling professional services, digital transformation, cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), Data & Analytics, and IT and Managed Services.

·       Established connections within Financial Services sectors such as Banking, Wealth, or Insurance.

·       Experience in selling to enterprise accounts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

·       Proficiency with cloud-native technologies, DevOps, infrastructure, and digital transformation.

·       Demonstrated organizational and prioritization abilities.

·       Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·       Based on the Greater Toronto Area

Nice to have:

·       AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud certifications

·       MBA Degree

Education:

·      Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

·       Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Due to U.S. Government requirements applicable to foreign-owned telecommunications providers, non-US citizens may be required to submit to an extensive government agency background check which will necessitate disclosure of sensitive Personally Identifiable Information.
