The Sales Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the sales process by ensuring efficient and compliant deal input and closure processes. This position requires fluency in French and collaboration with various teams to create optimized processes, support system implementations, and perform required analyses to drive business outcomes.
Primary Objectives:
• Ensure deal input and closure processes adhere to commercial guidelines and support sales activities.
• Manage deal structure, pricing, products, amendments, and contract reviews.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Sales leadership, Finance, and Contracts Administration to govern business requirements and processes.
• Support the implementation of systems or tools for the Sales Operations team.
• Perform analysis and report outcomes to optimize processes and scale the business.
Key Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Deal Governance and Process Adherence:
- Ensure all deals comply with commercial guidelines and established processes.
- Manage and oversee deal structure, pricing, product amendments, and
legal/contract reviews.

Formal Qualifications/Certification:

Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working with sales teams and managing deal processes.
Skills & Attributes:
• Fluency in French and English is an asset.
• Strong understanding of commercial guidelines and deal structuring.
