This is a senior technical leader position to manage Canada and US Jonh Hancock, TAI Reinsurance IT aspects. Oversee Vendor Management, Project Management, Risk Management, and compliance. Foster strong relationships with Business and technical stakeholders as well to commit to Manulife company core values.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze highly complex business requirements

  • Generate technical specifications to design

  • Technical expert on Data Analysis and DB management

  • Manage technical artifacts to ensure compliance requirements are met

  • Lead Onsite and Offshore resources

  • Support Online and Batch operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science

  • 2+ years Project Management experience

  • 5 to 10 years on Mainframe, Cobol, JCL, CICS, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, VB, .net, C#

  • Hands on experience in Agile, SDLC, Change Management and Operation Support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TAI Reinsurance

  • Strong experience on JIRA, MS office and SQL Studio

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
