As Coconut’s Senior Events & Brand Manager, you’re not just producing events, you’re architecting strategic, brand-led experiences that drive revenue, deepen relationships, and fuel growth. You bring a blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and a strong business mindset to every activation, whether it's a high-impact trade show, a curated executive dinner, or an unforgettable branded moment. This role combines strategic event planning with brand stewardship, ensuring that every industry conference, trade show, and hosted event (digital or in-person) generates leads, fosters relationships, and amplifies our brand identity.

In this senior role, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Coconut’s event marketing function—aligning every touchpoint to our GTM priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, and Executive teams to build a thoughtful and measurable event strategy that supports pipeline goals and reinforces Coconut’s position in the market.

You’re equal parts strategist, storyteller, and doer—with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating events that leave lasting impressions. From securing speaking opportunities to curating swag and coordinating on-site teams, you’ll bring Coconut’s human-first brand to life in bold, creative ways—online, on stage, and on the ground.

YOU ARE FIRED UP TO:

  • Build and execute a bold event strategy that aligns with revenue goals and fuels GTM success
  • Evaluate and recommend trade shows, industry events, and speaking opportunities that boost our brand and connect us with the right audiences
  • Own the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of both in-person and digital events—including logistics, budgets, vendor management, and on-site coordination
  • Lead ABM (Account-Based Marketing) event initiatives to target high-value accounts, ensuring personalized experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design, manage and track unforgettable branded experiences—from killer swag to interactive booth activations
  • Elevate our presence through award applications, thought leadership placements, and curated executive engagements
  • Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to turn every event into a lead-generating machine with pre- and post-event campaigns that drive measurable ROI
  • Track and analyze event performance, surfacing insights that continuously raise the bar
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to keep events running smoothly
  • Manage our swag inventory and develop creative ways to surprise and delight employees, customers, and prospects

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 7+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activation, or thought leadership (bonus if you’ve done it in SaaS, fintech, or B2B)
  • A track record of orchestrating high-impact events that build brand and drive pipeline
  • Strong chops in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship-building
  • Experience managing branded swag—from ideation to distribution
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • An eye for design and a love for detail—no crooked banner or off-brand pen slips by you
  • Energy, creativity, and a passion for turning every branded moment into a memorable one
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events and conferences as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with ABM strategies and targeting high-value accounts.
  • Strong design sensibility and experience in booth design or branded event materials.
  • Established network with event organizers and fintech associations.
