As a senior developer, you’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle—architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement. You’ll specifically lead efforts in incorporating AI-driven functionalities into our applications. Collaboration, shared ownership, and delivering high-quality solutions enhanced by AI technologies.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and flexing between front-end, back-end, architecture, database design, AI integration, code reviews, and beyond. You’ll occasionally dive into unconventional systems (such as spreadsheet automations) leveraging AI techniques to ensure workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, deeply interested in AI advancements, open to feedback, and engages in thoughtful discussions to apply AI effectively. A fast learner who quickly adapts to shifting priorities and evolving AI technologies will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to full-stack development projects from design to deployment and maintenance, with particular emphasis on AI integration.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions to enhance existing systems and processes.
- Apply best practices across front-end and back-end systems, including architectural decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and support a culture of knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years developing web applications.
- Experience with .NET Core framework or similar.
- Experience with modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with build tools such as Webpack/Grunt.
- Experience with API integrations (REST) and API testing tools.
- Experience with database systems such as MS SQL Server, BigQuery, and advanced SQL queries.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries.
- Understanding of cloud-based AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI).
- Team-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to share AI knowledge with team members.
