The Role :
As a Senior Full Stack Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality applications that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. You will leverage your skills and experience in various technologies and frameworks to build solutions that are performant, secure, and easy to use. You will also follow agile principles and practices such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver value in short and frequent iterations, collaborating with your team and stakeholders.

  • Specifically, for this role you will expected to have demonstrated success in:
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document features and components of enterprise applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor other developers by sharing insights, best practices, and providing constructive feedback in a supportive environment.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning by offering realistic and accurate effort estimates and aligning initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Ensure code quality and reliability through the development of automated tests and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
  • Support the deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications across environments using modern DevOps tools and practices.

Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., microservices, micro-frontends, cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
  • Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, including:
    • Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React
    • Back-end: Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Quarkus
  • Hands-on experience deploying applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Proficiency with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong background in developing automated tests.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and working with new technologies.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience or familiarity with Supply Chain business domain
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks, such as Terraform and BICEP.
  • Experience with AI-powered coding tools like GitHub Copilot or working in on-premise OpenShift environments.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, especially integrating BI capabilities into custom applications.
