Own the global marketing strategy for HiBob’s technology partner ecosystem and marketplace. Develop joint positioning, integrated demand-generation programs, regional activation, partner segmentation, and investment frameworks. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partner Management, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, pipeline, revenue, and customer value. Measure performance using engagement, pipeline, ROI, and integration adoption data, while building scalable global playbooks and communicating recommendations to executives.
It’s an exciting time to join HiBob. Salesforce is leading a $166 million investment in the company, supporting our vision to bring trusted people context into the AI-powered enterprise. As we accelerate our product, technology, AI, and innovation roadmap, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape what comes next.
HiBob is looking for a Senior Global Technology Partner Marketing Manager to shape how we go to market with the technology companies that extend the power of Bob and help our customers build a connected, best-in-class HR tech ecosystem.
Our Technology Partners bring complementary solutions into the Bob ecosystem, connecting critical systems and data to create more seamless workflows and stronger experiences for our shared customers. This role will own the global marketing strategy for that ecosystem, from how we position the joint value of Bob + our partners, to how we activate partnerships across markets, create demand, and turn our technology ecosystem into a meaningful driver of pipeline and growth.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role for an experienced technology partner marketer who can operate at the intersection of ecosystem strategy, product marketing, and demand generation, and build the frameworks that allow us to scale all three globally.
What success looks like:
You’ll help turn HiBob’s Technology Partner ecosystem from a collection of valuable integrations into a globally coordinated go-to-market engine. And critically, HiBob will be able to clearly see which Technology Partner investments are creating customer value, demand, pipeline, and commercial impact—and scale what works.
What you'll do
Shape the global Tech Partner strategy: Own the global marketing strategy for HiBob’s Technology Partner ecosystem and Bob Marketplace, defining partner, market, and investment priorities. Build scalable frameworks and playbooks that create global consistency while enabling relevant regional activation.
Turn integrations into compelling joint stories: Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Technology Partners to define joint value propositions, positioning, use cases, and differentiation. Translate technical integrations into clear customer stories that show why our technologies are more valuable together.
Build go-to-market programs that create demand: Develop strategic plans with priority partners and turn them into repeatable, integrated GTM programs across launches, content, digital, ABM, events, thought leadership, customer stories, and partner channels. Evolve the Bob Marketplace as a discovery and commercial channel that increases integration visibility, adoption, and measurable pipeline.
Orchestrate globally and optimize for impact: Partner with global and regional Partner Managers, Sales, and Marketing leaders to translate strategy into locally relevant execution across North America, EMEA, and APJ. Own measurement, prioritization, and investment decisions using pipeline, engagement, adoption, and ROI to determine where to scale, optimize, or shift resources.
