At Roofr, we’re obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That’s what makes Roofr’s CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we’re excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.

We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It’s an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will report into the Product Lead and be an instrumental part of our growth by helping us create the most trusted roofing platform in the industry. We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of the market and we strive to deliver innovative and intuitive products - always keeping customer experience in mind.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Manage the full product life cycle from discovery to delivery, with an emphasis on customer research, user testing, definition of acceptance criteria, acceptance testing, and analytics
  • Define and analyze key performance metrics
  • Regularly speak with customers to gain insight on their specific needs and build a product that can change the trajectory of their business
  • Work as part of a dedicated product development team (consisting of you, a product design partner, and a team of software engineers) to build great software
  • Support efficiency & velocity of product delivery by maintaining a runway for the engineering team

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 5+ years of experience as a software product manager, ideally in a high-velocity, B2B SaaS environment
  • A demonstrated ability to break large problems down into smaller, testable hypotheses
  • A strong intuition for product design and user experience
  • Significant customer research, user testing, and/or product analytics experience and expertise

Who You Are:

  • You’re experienced in building, implementing or managing CRMs
  • You’re experienced in building, implementing, or managing analytics tools such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Looker etc.
  • You are a clear communicator who can create simple explanations of complex concepts
  • You are curious but skeptical, and don’t settle for the first explanation offered to you
  • You’re a critical thinker who doesn’t settle for the status-quo
  • You’re obsessed with providing a world-class user experience
  • You sweat the details

Bonus points:

  • You have experience with SQL, Segment, Amplitude and creating/maintaining event-tracking schemas
  • Experience in vertical SaaS field service industries (like roofing, construction, home services).
