The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage large-scale projects, mentor junior PMs, and drive strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale projects and programs within our Process Excellence and Technology Services division. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior PMs, and driving strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple or large-scale projects and programs with high visibility and complexity.
- Mentor, train, and oversee less senior project managers.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and support analysts.
- Facilitate executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and define project requirements.
- Oversee implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training.
- Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes.

- Experience with customer experience software platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise environments and large-scale deployments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset.
- Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 40 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Type of job: Temporary Contractor
- Date candidate required: Immediate
- Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
