The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in financial crime and sanctions technology to support large-scale transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions. You’ll lead design and solutioning efforts across watch list management and platform migration, bridging business objectives and technology outcomes to deliver enterprise-wide impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive alignment between business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, compliant solutions

  • Assess enterprise application deployment and migration strategies, identifying optimization opportunities

  • Lead the development of target architecture and solution footprints for new or enhanced platforms

  • Map current-state business capabilities and define future-state workflows to support the target operating model (TOM)

  • Identify tool dependencies, data ownership models, and cross-platform integrations to ensure seamless delivery

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, data management, and system integration within financial services

  • Strong knowledge of financial crime and sanctions processes, particularly Watch List Management (WLM)

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform transformations or global replacements

  • Skilled in evaluating enterprise technology strategies and producing actionable optimization recommendations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and clarity

Bonus Points For
  • Hands-on experience with List Management vendors or services

  • Prior involvement in enterprise-level migration or modernization programs

  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and tooling integration in regulated environments

  • Exposure to change management within financial technology transformations

  • Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks across global jurisdictions
