Shape the future of sanctions and financial crime technology through smart design and transformation.
The RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in financial crime and sanctions technology to support large-scale transformation initiatives for leading financial institutions. You’ll lead design and solutioning efforts across watch list management and platform migration, bridging business objectives and technology outcomes to deliver enterprise-wide impact.
What You’ll DoDrive alignment between business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, compliant solutions
Assess enterprise application deployment and migration strategies, identifying optimization opportunities
Lead the development of target architecture and solution footprints for new or enhanced platforms
Map current-state business capabilities and define future-state workflows to support the target operating model (TOM)
Identify tool dependencies, data ownership models, and cross-platform integrations to ensure seamless delivery
Proven experience in solution architecture, data management, and system integration within financial services
Strong knowledge of financial crime and sanctions processes, particularly Watch List Management (WLM)
Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform transformations or global replacements
Skilled in evaluating enterprise technology strategies and producing actionable optimization recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and clarity
Hands-on experience with List Management vendors or services
Prior involvement in enterprise-level migration or modernization programs
Knowledge of cloud architecture and tooling integration in regulated environments
Exposure to change management within financial technology transformations
Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks across global jurisdictions
Deliver large-scale, high-impact transformation programs for top-tier financial institutions
