About the RoleWe are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who brings both technical expertise and a product mindset to our team. The ideal candidate understands how technology drives business value and can adapt their knowledge to solve real-world challenges in our fast-paced environment.

- Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable microservices using Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot or Quarkus
- Build responsive frontend applications with React and TypeScript within our micro-frontend architecture
- Leverage our dedicated UI component library to maintain consistency across applications
- Implement and optimize event-driven systems using Kafka
- Design efficient data storage solutions with PostgreSQL
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Apply AI-driven solutions to enhance development efficiency where appropriate
- What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software design principles
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for backend development
- Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development
- Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and component libraries
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization
- Experience with Kafka for real-time event processing
- Familiarity with AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices
