Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in software development and hands-on experience in microservices and event-driven architecture. The ideal candidate has a product mindset, understands the bigger picture of how technology drives business value, and can adapt knowledge flexibly to solve real-world challenges.
You should be proficient in both backend and frontend technologies, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and React. A solid understanding of unit testing, best practices, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance development efficiency is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and event-driven systems that align with business needs.
- Apply a product mindset by considering user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability in development decisions.
- Build and optimize high-performance, secure APIs.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
- Implement efficient data storage solutions with PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate event-driven applications using Kafka.
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces with React.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Adapt technical knowledge flexibly to solve real-world engineering challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflows and improve development efficiency.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design).
- Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database optimization.
- Knowledge of Kafka for real-time event processing.
- Experience with React for front-end development.
- Strong understanding of unit testing

- Experience with cloud platforms AWS
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
