Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop, maintain, and update operational procedures, platform standards, and installation guides to satisfy GC audit, compliance, and documentation expectations.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen system stability, performance, resiliency, and security, ensuring adherence to GC directives (e.g., ITSG‑33, Treasury Board policies).
  • Provide internal knowledge sharing, cross‑training, and mentoring to team members, government stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners.
