Technical Project Coordinator - Data Integrations
Solink is a different kind of data analytics software company. We've successfully made video security a source of powerful insight for business owners of franchise and retail chains. We focus on security applications that combat fraud proactively and make it easier for owners to track down problems. Today we focus on loss prevention and in the future, we see every department using video to make data-driven decisions: marketing, operations, and even HR.
A job at Solink means working with an amazing team and tackling one of the biggest data problems out there. We are venture-backed and focus on continuous execution to delight our customers. We have a creative and collaborative work environment, and all of our employees have meaningful equity in the company.
A bit about the role…
The data team manages over 300 integrations to various data sources and is constantly building more. As our customers build reports and dashboards, they’ll also have feedback on what’s not working well and additional valuable functionality that the integrations should have.
The Technical Project Coordinator for the data integrations team will be primarily responsible for taking ownership of the change request process, analyzing each step from submission to completion, to determine the most efficient path to address these requests. As requests are submitted, it is important to have an effective process that includes scalable and repeatable methods of evaluating each request, ensuring all the required information is included, managing expectations of stakeholders, and communicating all relevant information accordingly. This person will need to continuously evaluate the process to identify and address inefficiencies to ensure best use of resources, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
An ideal candidate is one who is able to effectively manage many concurrent tasks, build strong relationships with other teams, and can implement practical processes for repeatable tasks.
