Who You Are…
  • You are a detail‑oriented telecom engineer with 5–9 years of experience in telecom, VAR, or managed services.
  • You have domain experience in a majority of these pillars: Voice Services, Data Services,  Analog Solutions, Next-Gen Data Networking, Managed Network Security Solutions, Collaboration Solutions, UCaaS and CCaaS Solutions, Datacenter Modernization, Managed Wireless and Mobility Services and Hosted Desktop as a Service.
  • You excel in customer discovery, solution design, and explaining complex environments in simple terms.
  • You bring strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a consultative, trusted‑advisor mindset.
What You Will Do…
  • In this role, you will support clients through the modernization of their communications and network environments.
  • You will conduct discovery, design future‑state architectures, evaluate vendors, build solution recommendations, and support demos and technical validations.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Client Services, and Solutions Management to ensure customers receive clear guidance and a high‑quality technical experience.
  • You’ll also help retain and grow accounts by providing thoughtful technical leadership and identifying new opportunities.

Compensation

Per Colorado pay equity posting requirements, the base compensation for the Major Solutions Engineer is between $112,000 and $140,000 depending on the candidate experience level.  The role also has a potential 10% bonus opportunity. If this role is hired in a location other than Denver, the compensation will be geographically adjusted.
