Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Large Client Solutions (LCS) team. With marquee cricketing properties such as the ICC World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series, this role is pivotal in driving exponential revenue growth through strategic account management and client partnerships.
The KAM will own a revenue target of ₹250 Cr+, focusing on large and high-potential accounts while also converting emerging clients into long-term strategic partners. This role demands a consultative, data-driven approach to ensure client retention, pipeline acceleration, and upselling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Manage and grow high-potential accounts with ownership of a revenue target of ~₹250 Cr or higher.
- Drive strong client engagement across decision-making hierarchies to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure timely campaign execution to avoid under-servicing or missed revenue growth.
- Convert smaller and emerging clients into long-term strategic partners.
- Tailored Approach for Digital-First Clients
- Engage closely with digital-first and startup brands, which demand agility, attribution-driven solutions, and daily consultative support.
- Provide media strategies that resonate with tech founders, growth CMOs, and data-centric marketers.
- Deliver integrated, customized solutions across broadcast, digital, and sponsorship assets.
- Strategic Planning & Market Coverage
- Align with the core team on planning, strategy, and narrative for marquee cricket events.
- Ensure well-distributed market coverage through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Strengthen platform positioning as the preferred partner for sports marketing and digital-first campaigns.
- Post-Campaign Analysis & Insights
- Deliver data-backed post-campaign evaluation reports, including Brand Lift Studies (BLS).
- Translate insights into long-term media strategies for client retention and upselling.
- Drive increased share of wallet through consultative, data-led engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Media, or related field (preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or client partnerships.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital-first brands, startups, and performance-driven marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and insights.
